Other things to note ￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. ￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in time starts at 16:00 (after 22:00 a fee of 25€ is applied) and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. ￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. ￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. ￫ Monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms. ￫ Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory. ￫ Please note that the pool may undergo maintenance without prior notice from the condominium. ￫ Pool rules: The swimming pool is a communal facility intended for leisure. Please respect the following rules: A. Opening hours: 09:00 to 20:00 B. Only residents and their guests may use the pool C. Maximum capacity: 15 people D. Showering before entering the pool is mandatory E. No eating, smoking, loud music, or games (balls, rackets, etc.) around the pool area F. No diving or jumping into the pool G. Children must be supervised by an adult H. Pets are not allowed in the pool ￫ Gym rules: The gym room is exclusively intended for physical fitness activities. Please follow the rules below: A. Open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM on weekdays, and from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekends and public holidays. B. Access to the gym is free of charge C. All users must maintain proper hygiene before, during, and after using the equipment. Failure to do so may result in a €50 penalty D.
