Blending historic character with modern comfort, this self-contained retreat offers a unique stay in the heart of Burra. Arthur's Place is a two minute walk to the heart of Market Square for local shopping and dining experiences and perfect for exploring the local heritage listed area of Burra and further beyond around the Clare Valley. We invite you to experience the character and convenience of this home. It has three stylish Bedrooms with comfy Queen beds. Sleeps up to 6 guests. Bedrooms each have a Wardrobe, Lamps, Ceiling Fan and Split Systems with heating and cooling. The Lounge Room features a generous Couch and Smart TV. Complimentary WIFI. Dining Room with Couch, Table & Smart TV. Fully equipped Kitchen with Dishwasher. Bathroom with walk in shower. Laundry with Washing Machine and Dryer. Linen and towels included. Coffee, tea & milk provided. Check in at 2pm - Check out at 10am Front Verandah & Lawn with outdoor Table & Chairs. Strictly No Smoking Indoors. Sorry No Pets. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all space indoors and outdoors surrounding the home. Driveway accessible on two sides of the home. Outdoor Table & Chairs is available for front Verandah and the 'Nook' at the rear of the property. Other things to note Burra is a chilly town in Winter and warm in Summer. We provide heating and cooling systems in the house and blankets plus warm bedding in Winter, however we encourage you to bring relevant warm clothing in Winter to keep yourself super warm. Thank you.
