Welcome to our cozy, spacious B&B! Enjoy all the comfort and your own private Café with pool table, pinball machine, dartboard, piano and a snug wood-burning stove. Outside, a lovely garden awaits with a jacuzzi (40°C year-round), swimming pool (27°C year-round), BBQ, two seating areas and a large outdoor dining table. Everything is completely private – no shared spaces! 1.1 km from Heinenoord bus station. We also have a 4-person car available for rent. The space Welcome to our cozy B&B – your perfect place to relax and unwind! Sleep well in a comfortable room with a wonderful king-size bed. Towels and pool/jacuzzi bath towels are ready for you. And yes, there’s even an iron if you need one. In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need: an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, raclette grill, kettle, toaster, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine with various coffee pods. Cleaning supplies? Of course, those are available too. Our private café is super cozy – with a snug sitting area, piano, wood-burning stove, and a beautiful bar. Fancy a game of pool, pinball, or darts? You can do all that here. Outside in the garden, you can relax on the sun loungers, enjoy the gas barbecue, or unwind in the jacuzzi or pool – pure relaxation! Smoking is allowed in the garden, and your pets are more than welcome. We have a convenient key safe, so you can check in anytime you like. Check-out is before 12 noon. Our B&B is attached to our house, on our own property. Privacy is guaranteed, but we’re nearby if you need anything. Within walking distance, you’ll find a beautiful forest along the Oude Maas. The Hoeksche Waard is a paradise for nature lovers, with plenty of official walking routes and wonderful waters to explore. With the A29 motorway just around the corner, Rotterdam only 10 minutes away, Heinenoord bus station 1 km from here, and the beach within 30 minutes, this is the perfect spot for a fun and varied holiday. Guest access From your bedroom, you walk straight into the long hallway. There you’ll find the bathroom, the toilet, and the door to the kitchen. From the kitchen, you can step right into the cozy café and then out into the garden. Other things to note We live in the same house as where our guest accommodation is located. However, our guests don’t notice this at all. The house is spacious and divided into two separate parts by a locked door. The garden is completely private for our guests, and we have no view of it.
