The space The BluePeeks is a villa resort less than a minute’s walk to the beach. Additional guests up to maximum of 4 can be accommodated with extra mattress or the sofabed set up in the living room. An extra guest fee shall be charged per person per night. Our staff shall have the right to refuse check in if number of guests does not match the total number of guests declared and will be reported & blocked for any future airbnb booking. Videoke rental is available upon request. ATV Rental is available. We can refer you to our partner operator. The BluePeeks is not a beachfront property but very close to beach area. IMPORTANT UPDATE: Starting May 19, 2026, a ₱3,000 Security Deposit will be required for all bookings, payable in cash upon check-in. Any damages to the property, policy violations, or undeclared guests during the stay will be deducted from the deposit. Should the cost of repairs or penalties exceed the deposit amount, guests will be responsible for covering the remaining balance. The full deposit will be refunded upon check-out if no damages or violations are found. Key Reminders: - Check In is at 3PM. Check Out at 11am. - NO PETS ALLOWED. We will refuse check in. - No smoking/vaping indoors. - Throw your trash in the bins provided. - No outside visitors allowed during stay. Registration of guests included in the booking is required. - No towels provided. - Sticking decors on painted walls is NOT ALLOWED as this may lead to damage on paint. - Videoke is until 10PM in compliance with local ordinance. - Quiet Hours strictly imposed from 10PM to 7AM, no loud music & excessive noise allowed. Non-compliance will result to penalty charged to the guests. Housekeeping: The BluePeeks does not provide stay in maids or daily housekeeping services. Our onsite staff is only for operating/maintaining the pool & generator, in case of unscheduled power interruption as well as assistance during check in and check out. As we are still newly-built, there are still a lot of areas planned for improvement. We ask for your patience & understanding. IMPORTANT: Our property DOES NOT have a charging station for electric vehicles. Under any circumstances, guests SHOULD NOT use any of the property’s power outlets to charge any electric vehicles as this poses safety risks. The property is NOT at the beach front. However, the beach is more or less 150meters from the property. 3. Please note that towels are not provided. Guests are advised to bring their own bath and beach towels for personal use during their stay 4. Use of videoke is until 10pm only due to local ordinance. 5. Quiet Hours & Noise: As this is a private property with residential neighborhood, no loud music or excessive noise is allowed and quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Non-compliant guests will be charged a ₱5,000 penalty, as violations may expose the property to barangay sanctions and fines.
