■ About the facility This is a private rental accommodation that is a renovated 130-year-old traditional house. (Accommodation only) It is ideal for 1-3 people, but if you wish to use it for 4 people, we will provide a folding bed. Relax in a quiet space away from the hustle and bustle with your family, friends, or surfing buddies. It is a whole house rental style, so you can enjoy a free and unrestricted stay as if it were your own villa. ⸻ ■ Surroundings Nature spreads out in front of the inn, and you can feel the seasonal changes of nature. You will be soothed by the chirping of birds and the sound of the wind, and at night the starry sky will spread across the sky. ⸻ ■ Location Kuroshio Town is known as a "surfing mecca", and Irieno Beach and Ukaburi Beach are 5 minutes away by car. It is conveniently located 3 minutes by car from a convenience store and 5 minutes from a supermarket and bar. ⸻ ■ About usage and reservations ・ 1 night 1 building rental ・ Number of guests: 1-3 people (4 people require consultation/folding bed) ・ If there are more than 3 guests, an additional fee will be charged per person Maximum occupancy: 4 people ・ Fully equipped with amenities/free parking The space ■ Floor plan ※ The floor plan is shown in the photo section. ⸻ ■ Room Configuration ◯ Dirt floor living room: A relaxing space with tables and furniture. Perfect for a getaway or a group. ◯ Kitchen: Fully equipped with a system kitchen. Cookware and dishes are also available, so you can enjoy cooking for yourself. ・ Wash space: 1 wash stand, hair dryer, cotton swabs, tissues, toothbrushes, etc. ◯ Shower room: 1 unit shower (with body soap, shampoo, conditioner) Note: The shower room is 700 x 700, so it is a little narrow ◯ Toilet: Toilet with clean washlet. ◯ Bedroom: 3 single beds, sofa. We will provide a folding bed for 4 guests. ⸻ ■ Facilities and amenities Equipped with a tuner-less TV (YouTube and Netflix only TV, no digital terrestrial broadcasting) /air conditioner/washing machine/Wi-Fi/electric appliances. It is a comfortable environment for long-term stays and workations. Guest access The facility consists of a main house and a separate building. Please note that the area available to guests is the "separate building". Other things to note The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area and we value a quiet environment. Therefore, we ask for your cooperation on the following points. ■ Please refrain from making loud noises, such as loud voices and music, both indoors and outdoors, after 9 pm ■ Please refrain from excessive drinking or making too much noise on the premises or in the room ■ Please dispose of garbage and tidy up according to the instructions provided ■ Please be careful when handling the equipment (you may be charged for the actual cost if it is damaged) ◯ Please refer to the house rules in the photo.
