Beautiful family house where you can relax in an enchanting setting: La Veyrolaine is ideally located on the shores of Lake Annecy and at the foot of the Alps. Very quiet, amazing views. It is divided into 2 homes, one for us and one for our guests. You will have your autonomy, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen. The space You will have access to the garden, garden furniture, barbecue and will have a large private balcony in front of the 2 bedrooms and the living room (entrance through the living room). In front of the house there is free access to the lake ("beach"), you can hike from the house, reach the bike path from the house. Possibility of beautiful road bike trips (for the more athletic there are many passes to do) We are 5 km from Annecy and 7 km from the center of Annecy. Veyrier and Menthon beaches 1 km away. The mountains are just behind the house, from 500 m (Mont Baret, Mont Baron and just a little further Mont Veyrier). The Aravis (La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand) and the Semnoz are 30/35 minutes away by car. The Col de la Forclaz is a 20-minute drive (with a magnificent view of the lake, walks and paragliding flights) Guest access You will share the building of our house which is separated into 2 independent parts. You will have access to the courtyard where you can leave your vehicle(s), you will have independent access to your area, you will have your large balcony with table and chairs and access to the garden. Other things to note For 13 years we had guest rooms, which we transformed into a vacation apartment. You will stay in one part of our house, completely independently (independent entrance) and we will be in the other part. We have a dog and a cat. The cat goes out a little and we adapt the dog's outings in the garden according to you (fear or not, etc.).
