Possibility of extras Possibility to rent during the day, contact us The space You enter the sleeping area with a SAMSUNG smart TV 110cm with NETFLIX in front of a queen size bed 160x200cm The space is open to a dining area with high table and 2 stools as well as a fully equipped kitchen with gas hobs, sink, fridge, microwave, DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker. Chocolate, coffee, and tea capsules are available for your arrival. You then enter the SPA area offering a large multi-jet BALBOA Jacuzzi with light therapy for an amazing relaxation! Bathroom completes this home with a bathtub, large designer vanity, and toilet. The accommodation is on the ground floor and offers beautiful stone vaults allowing you to disconnect from your daily life in an instant. As a reminder: the property has a real spa, not a whirlpool. It is therefore filled with water and heated to 38°, ready to use as soon as you arrive. It is therefore available at any time for the duration of your stay. It is therefore normal for the accommodation to be warmer and more humid than a traditional accommodation (a dehumidifier is therefore plugged in continuously to avoid the problem, and it is recommended to put the waterproof cover back on the hot tub as soon as you are not using it). the accommodation is non-smoking. In case of non-compliance, a fee of €100 will be charged. The cleaning and linen package includes: cleaning upon departure, 4 bath sheets, 2 hand towels, bath mats for the Jacuzzi and bathtub, and a kitchen towel. Guest access the accommodation is completely private. It is on the ground floor, easy to access. An opaque film offers all the privacy you need without hiding the light so as not to be seen from the street. Other things to note The accommodation is totally private and has its own entrance. Entry is completely autonomous via the Passpass app and a key box. No stress about the arrival time! Check-in starts at 6 pm and check-out is at 11 am, but it is possible to arrange additional hours for early check-in and/or late check-out via the Passpass link that you will receive for your self-service check-in.
