Villa & Pool On the Water

Set within a 2,000-hectare garden eden, you’ll find our exceptional summer villa right on the water. It also boasts a large pool (shared with just one more villa.) It's in a dreamlike location and offers sea views from every room, making for an unforgettable stay. Public transportation on the island is not reliable; you need a car or scooter to move around, or moped. The house is well connected to the town of Souvala, which has an ATM, groceries, bakery, and shops. The space My villa is a luxurious, dreamlike place to stay. Right by the seaside, it is built with very high standards in mind and boasts big, airy spaces for ultimate relaxation. Every corner offers views to the sea, and it is full of big windows leading out to the various terraces. Tip: You can enjoy beautiful stargazing at night from the terraces! The main bedroom is built in the philosophy of a 'suite', and includes a walk-in closet and marble bathroom. There is ample space to ensure privacy but it is also cosy and warm, with a large dining area and living room. There is also an outdoors dining area, so you can enjoy meals outside, in true Greek fashion. The neighborhood is quiet, with a super market and two restaurants nearby. There is also a small beach near the house - it never gets busy. For food, shopping, restaurants, you either need to go to Souvala or the main town in Aegina, where the nightlife also is. Please note that you need a car to move around the island. Taxis might be expensive to use all the time - but it is also an option.
