The property is also located on the bank of the Saskatchewan River and close to the Nipawin Regional Park boat launch The main floor is easily accessible with 3 bedrooms and an out door space. The basement suite is currently being utilized by our quiet and respectful staff and has complete separate access. Guest access The access to the house is the front driveway. There is lots of room for parking of vehicles and vehicles with sled or boat trailers. The groomed snowmobile trailer is located directly across from the driveway on other side of road.
