Parking included. The space Lovely, private, entire 1 bedroom accessory apartment that is part of larger family home. This private apartment has a separate entrance and a large spacious, sun-filled bedroom that has been newly remodelled, with new furniture and Air Conditioner. There is also a 3 piece ensuite bathroom. The kitchenette is located in the adjacent ‘Aruba room’, where there is also a dining table and a sleeper sofa. Please note that this separate area utilizes the ever-lasting island breeze and ceiling fan for cooling. The sleeper sofa converts to a comfortable double size bed. This apartment can comfortably accommodate 2 adults on the king size bed inside the climate controlled bedroom and a third adult on the sleeper sofa inside the Aruba room described above. Private Entrance & Private Garden with outdoor seating. Parking is also included. There are also beach chairs and a cooler included for your daily use while exploring the beauties of Aruba.
