There is also a dedicated dining room with seating for four, ideal for shared meals or remote working. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and oven, providing everything needed for convenient home cooking. The bathroom features a WC, wash basin, and a shower over bath. Stylish interiors throughout make this a welcoming and practical home base. Guest access Entry is via a secure key safe system, with the access code provided 24 hours prior to the standard check-in time, ensuring a smooth and stress-free arrival. Guests will also benefit from convenient on-street parking directly outside the property, offering easy and flexible parking throughout your stay Other things to note For stays exceeding 14 consecutive nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. This service ensures the property remains fresh, hygienic, and well-maintained throughout longer stays. An additional cleaning fee will apply for this service, which covers general cleaning, fresh linen, and towel replacement. Guests will be contacted in advance to arrange a suitable time for the mid-stay clean. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and must be approved in advance. Any early arrival or delayed departure outside the standard times will incur an additional hourly rate, which will be invoiced accordingly. Please be quiet during 23:00 to 07:00 to respect the neighbours. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £20 per dog per stay.
