We are just a few minutes drive from down Kanab and in striking distance of many area attractions. We have the space to host families and even have a basketball hoop in the driveway to help entertain the kiddos (or adults)! Whether you are just swinging through town or plan to spend a good chunk of time in the area, we look forward to hosting you! You have the entire house to yourself! It includes a spacious living room, kitchen stocked with pots and pans if you want to stay in and cook, dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a seated bathtub and the other with a tub/shower combo), and a laundry room with a washer and dryer to help clean the red sand off your clothes! There is also a covered patio out back to sit and admire the beautiful view of the red cliffs. We have local TV channels via antenna and Roku to access apps like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. (You just need to use your login info.) We welcome dogs, so let us know if your furry family member is joining you. Sorry to our feline friends but we do not allow cats. We do not allow smoking in our home. You have access to the entire house. The garage however is not accessible to guests. We have a permanent residence about a mile from our Desert DreamzZz home. We are only a phone call (and a short walk/drive) away, should you need us. We are happy to answer questions, share some local knowledge, and help you plan your time while in Kanab. If you prefer to keep to yourself, that's fine too! We are within striking distance of several parks and natural wonders like Zion, Bryce, Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. We are located only 8 miles from Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, our desert home is a perfect location for those visiting, volunteering, or working at the Sanctuary. Being a dog-friendly home, we invite you to have sleepovers with any dogs from Best Friends...or bring your own from home (Our yard is not fenced, so you will need to keep your furry friend on leash). There are several dining options in town. Let us know if you want some recommendations! In the summer months, many of them are overflowing with customers, so you are welcome to shop from the local grocery store and cook at home in the kitchen. We are a short drive from town and you will definitely want to have a vehicle to explore the area! We welcome well-behaved dogs. We do not charge an extra fee for them, so please help clean up after your furry family member. You are responsible for any damage caused by your pets.
