The space Welcome to our beautiful and spacious home in the wonderful local village of Fedok, Rote Island. Our home is beachfront and overlooks an amazing wave called ‘Sucky Mamas’. Villa Kahuna is a private beachfront villa with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and amazing indoor and outdoor living spaces. It sleeps 6 comfortably, but can sleep up to 8. It’s ideal for family getaways, trips with friends, and those that seek rest, relaxation, adventure or surf. The main living area upstairs is open and breezy, making it fabulous for lounging, reading books, practicing yoga, watching stunning sunsets & surf, and enjoying delicious meals. There's a fully equipped kitchen upstairs, so you can make yourself right at home. Additionally, there's a staff kitchen downstairs, if you would like to arrange to have your lunches and/or dinners cooked for you. Provided daily is an amazing breakfast, water, coffee, tea; as well as daily cleaning of the villa and free wifi. Step downstairs and enjoy one of the many outdoor entertaining spaces. Whether it’s relaxing on cozy furniture, enjoying meals around the table, soaking up the sun on sun loungers, going for a dip in the magnificent pool, sitting around the outdoor fire, or taking in the sunset on a swing; there’s plenty of areas to slow down and unwind at Villa Kahuna. Our location is ideal with it being beach front & surf front. Whether it’s paddling out to ‘Sucky Mamma’s’ for a surf, surf gazing, fishing, swimming, beach combing or enjoying a leisurely beach stroll; Villa Kahuna offers everything you need at your fingertips for an unforgettable holiday. It’s a 15-minute scooter or car ride away from the cruisy surf town, Nemberala, where one can find some lovely eateries and amenities, as well as the harbour for boat rides out to numerous surf breaks. Rooms Upstairs is where you’ll find 3 stunning and unique bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom, wardrobe, bedside tables, and a ceiling fan. The master room also has the option to add two single mattresses on the floor, if additional space is required for younger children. The other two guest bedrooms have queen size beds, wardrobes, bedside tables, ceiling fans and they share a large second bathroom that has a hot water system. Each bedroom upstairs has charming character with its gorgeous wallpaper, varying Balinese furniture, detailed cushions & blankets and cozy linen. Other things to note On site we have our amazing and knowledgeable manager, Budi who can organize an abundance of different services for you, so your stay at Villa Kahuna is comfortable, effortless, and memorable. Budi can arrange services such as; airport transfers, ferry transfers, car rental, scooter rentals, laundry service, delivery of groceries, and additional meal service at the villa. While Rote Island is know for its world class surf, it also has so much more to offer. There are many adventures to be had, trips to be planned and local excursions to dive into.
