The property is a first floor, over 2 floors, with the flat holding the kitchen, main bathroom and living area on one floor and then the other bedroom on the top floor. Guests will have exclusive use of the entire flat. Access is self check-in via a lock box and the code will be sent to the guests on the day of check-in. Other things to note No Smoking: Inside the house smoking is strictly prohibited - if this rule is not adhered to a fine of £100 will be liable to yourselves. Quiet Enjoyment: We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise, mainly during the later hours of the evening. A £100 fee will be charged to guests who misplace or fail to return the property key.
