Downstairs, you’ll find a bright open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy lounge, and dining area, plus a modern wetroom for convenience. Upstairs, a wooden staircase leads to a mezzanine bedroom with a stunning lake view. The bedroom features a standalone bath, creating a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. Guest access 🔑 Guest Access Guests have exclusive use of their gîte, including all indoor areas and private deck/terrace. The large garden is shared with other guests. On-site parking is free and accessible to your property We have a shared indoor games room with tumble dryer/storage. The barns/woodstores are not accessible to guests and please stay within the hedge boundaries of the gardens. Beyond the boundaries are private farmers fields. There is plenty of space for everyone! The large garden and outdoor spaces are shared with other guests but the decks are private to each gite The Wising Well Cottgae has its own private garden, hot-tub and gated area. House Rules .Please be respectful of other guests in the shared garden - there is plenty of space for everyone! .No smoking policy inside any of the buildings .Please let us know if you are bringing your furry friends as there is a small extra charge. Please be mindful of other guests and always clean up after your pooch! .We have a 'no parties' policy but we are happy to hire all 3 gites to the same group or family .Please do not leave any rubbish outside of your gite, please let us know if any needs to be disposed of.
