This 2 bedroom condo is the perfect accommodation for 6 guests. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom, are fully airconditioned, have great closet space and each bedroom has it's own TV. The master bedroom also has a balcony with great garden view. It has a queen bed and a sofa bed so this bedroom can sleep 3 guests. The second bedroom has a single bed and a queen bed so can sleep 3 guests as well. The large living area is fully airconditioned as well so you can cool down after a long day sunbathing at the beach. There is a nice dining area for you to enjoy your meals at home. Our condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, gas stove, pots and pans, microwave, coffeemaker, and blender, anything you need to comfortably prepare meals, it's there! As you can see in our photos, our condo has been newly refurbished and painted and everything is BRAND NEW. From the moment you drive up to the automated fence and park into your own private parking spot, you are steps away from your own private front patio with BBQ area. You ALSO have a patio in the back with a nice table to dine outside and your patio overlooks a beautiful and serene garden. From your garden you walk in about 40 steps to the community pool. The pool is beautiful and fresh and has lots of seats around the pool, as well as tables and chairs in the shade under a cabana. During the night, there is security at the condominium and we also have a safe so you can store your valuables. We are masters in cleanliness, so this condo is spotless. We have a washer and dryer for you at our condo so you can pack light. Did we already mention we have very nice and comfortable Tommy Bahama beach chairs? This saves you a bundle on beach chair rentals. We also have a cooler for you and beach towels, as well as bath towels. Our condo is only a minute walk to Eagle Beach and the Alahambra Casino with a great mall with restaurants, coffeeshops, spa's and anything you need. Your water and electricity is INCLUDED in your rental. However, we do take meter readings and ask our guests to be energy conscious and report running toilets, turn off AC when the rooms are not in use.
