Our Tiny sleeps 2-3, perfect for just yourself, or for two looking for a peaceful retreat. Small families also welcome. Come and explore. It’s a place to wander, reflect and reconnect with nature at your own pace. The space Blackwood Tiny Home is on a 10 acre farm, just over an hour out of Melbourne and 20 minutes drive to San Remo/Phillip Island. It’s a perfect base to explore the Bass Coast, Gippsland and Phillip Island (to visit the penguins), or simply relax and recharge. For the keen fishermen, there is plenty of room to park your boat and close to local boat ramps. The local supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, petrol station and food outlets are conveniently a few minutes down the road. The Tiny Home has everything for a comfortable stay: - fully equipped kitchen - bathroom with spacious shower, - split system for heating and cooling - ceiling fan in the bedroom. - Queen Bed, and floor mattress available. - indoor bar table & stools - large servery window - outdoor seating and fire pit Optional Extras: - free range farm eggs ($11/dozen) - our farm delicious coastal honey also available ($12 for 300g) Guest access Located in a corner pocket of our farm, the Blackwood Tiny Home is away from the main house with its own enclosure and drive-in access. You have direct beach access to a unique part of the world - the Westernport Intertidal Coastal Reserve. Whether you are beachcombing along sandy stretches, exploring the mangrove forest, bird or sunset watching, the raw, untouched beauty of this shifting coastline will stay with you long after you leave. Other things to note This is a working farm and in the bush, so please take care. We have animals including maremma working dogs that roam and look after our property. Please keep gates closed, stay out of paddocks and await our advice before approaching animals. At times, we may be on other parts of the property working. Please use water and power wisely as we have rain/tank water and solar. No fires to be lit during fire restriction season ( 17/11-25-1/5/26), and when super windy. Please be mindful with wood use. No WIFI or TV. Good Mobile Coverage. Bring your own towels. Bed linen, tea towels and bath mat provided. EV Charger (Tesla) available for a fee ($10 per charge)
