The space This beautiful granny flat is a self-contained home. It features one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a living area. The flat has fans throughout and air-conditioning in the living area, which is powerful enough to cool the entire house. The property is located in a quiet, convenient, and friendly neighbourhood. It's also just next to the main house with fence in between so it's very private. Parking is available in the carport in front of the house, or you can use public transport, as both the Bray Park and Strathpine train stations are within walking distance. Sleeping arrangements include a double bed and a fold-out sofa double bed in the living area, accommodating up to 3 adults only or a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids). For safety, no pets are allowed as there is no front gate . If you break this rule, you will be requested to leave immediately. To ensure a peaceful and quiet environment for all guests, we have a strict no-parties policy. Our location is family-oriented. Guest access The entire house is for your exclusive use, with the exception of the shared driveway. The granny flat is located on the left-hand side just behind the carport.
