Quiet & Cosy, Large Double Room & Private Bathroom

We are located in the Queen Adelaide area of Ely, Cambridgeshire. A modern, quiet development, with lots of green space and home to mainly young families and professionals. All local amenities within easy reach, a choice of supermarkets, post office, train station, cafes/bars/restraunts and other leisure facilities all right on the doorstep! Ely also prides itself on having FREE PARKING everywhere in the town. The space The property is a modern red brick, mid terraced, 3 floor townhouse on a 10 year old development. Guests will have shared access to a fully refurbished kitchen, dining area and lounge. The accommodation on offer is a cosy, yet very spacious double room. Full of natural light and overlooking the landscaped rear garden. The room consists of a sturdy wooden double bed with a medium firm matress and quality bedding, an office desk and chair, a chest of drawers, a bedside table, Tea & Coffee making facilities, and a 32" Television. Guest will have access to their own private bathroom with WC, basin, bath and shower over. Towells and toiletries are provided. Guest access You will be given a set of keys upon arrival (Front Access) so that you can come and go as you please. You will have access to the shared kitchen, dining area, lounge and newly landscaped rear garden. As well as your bedroom and private bathroom on the middle floor. You are asked politely not to wonder up to the top floor of the property. During your stay We will still be residing at the property but both work full-time and have quite busy lifestyles. You are welcome to make use of shared areas. We are both friendly, very easy going and sociable people so please don't feel that you must lock yourself away in your room whilst staying with us, we love a chat and welcome you to join us should you wish. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: We have a young, adopted female Greyhound called Kyla. She is very gentle and spends most of the day asleep on the sofa!! Kyla is an early riser but we will do everything we can to ensure she doesn't disturb you! Both of us work full time aswell as being hosts, therefore IF somebody has stayed the night before you it is likely that the room will not be ready for check-in until 6-7pm. However if the room has been unoccupied then 99% of the time the room will be ready for you unless you have been a same day booking. We will always let you know upon booking what your check-in time will be and will always try and get you in as soon as possible. You are welcome to enjoy the rest of the house or just drop of luggage even if the room isnt quite ready yet. Just ask ! If we are not going to be present upon your arrival, you will be provided with the combination to a key safe located to the left of the front door where you will be able to collect your set of keys for the property.
