Guest access Guests have access to the entire home but not the garage, including the bedrooms, living areas, kitchen and backyard. Off-street parking is available in Driveway. Other things to note Main guest must be 21 years old or over. Guests will receive a link to our online check-in form once the booking is confirmed. This form must be completed by the main guest prior to arrival. Any stays longer than 14 days will require additional cleaning, with an extra clean charged at each 14-day interval throughout the booking - a payment request will be issued upon booking any stay over 14 days. Please be advised that we strictly enforce a no-noise, no-party policy. Our home is located in a quiet neighbourhood with permanent residents nearby; therefore, we are unable to accommodate “hens/bucks” events or “schoolies” bookings. The property is best suited to families or friends seeking a peaceful getaway. Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, and beds will be made prior to your arrival for your convenience. Please remember to bring your own beach towels. Pets are not allowed indoors, outdoors only. No pet beds or bowls are provided, guests are required to clean up after their pets.
