Please enjoy The space Great open living space incorporating kitchen with large island bench, 900ml stove with gas cooktop and electric oven. Cupboards are well stocked with a variety of glasses, crockery, cooking utensils and cutlery. The dining table can cater easily for up to 10 for great family meals. All this is open to the lounge area with 2 recliners and 3 seat couch with 2 reclining seats plus large tv which can be viewed from anywhere in the living zone. There are 3 queen beds, bedroom 4 provides 2 single beds plus trundle and a 5th room has 2 couches that can fold down plus small tv for children to have their own space. The shower is supa-sized with fixed rain shower head plus portable one and there is a separate toilet. The laundry provides a front loading washing machine and dryer, full-sized trough and this is where the double door fridge/freezer is located with a water dispenser that provides both cold and hot water - for a quick cuppa. Each room has it's own split-system air-conditioner. Outside the rear entertaining is complete with generous sized concrete topped table plus 2 additional smaller tables for a quiet drink and conversation. The built-in gas (bottle provided) barbeque provides enough space to cook for everyone, bench space for plates and trays plus a bar fridge. To finish this area there is a 7 seat spa surrounded by council approved fencing and gate. In this area the entire group can be together to enjoy conversation, food, refreshment and relaxation. The entire property is fully fenced however the fences are not dog-proof. Guest access Lockbox on site. Other things to note If you use any bubbling agent in the spa you will be charged a $300.00 cleaning fee. To rectify the spa by having to drain, clean and re-fill the spa is expensive. Additionally these additives can cause damage to mechanical components of the spa. We ask that you respect the facilities provided.
