The house is on an impressive plot of almost 1 hectare, with plenty of privacy, greenery and space to relax. A place where you can unwind right away. The space The bungalow was thoroughly renovated in the 1970s and restored in recent years with a lot of love and attention to detail. The warm retro style has been preserved and enhanced with careful decorating full of distinctive vintage furniture. At the same time, the house is comfortable and sustainable, with good insulation and solar panels. A place where atmosphere and modern comfort go hand in hand. Inside, you will find a spacious, single-story home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, and a separate oven is in the utility room. The cozy living room has several comfortable seating areas, a fireplace and a large dining table where you can eat with 14 people. There are five bedrooms: four with double beds and one room with two twin beds. Please note: the fourth double room is only accessible through this room. There are two bathrooms (one with a toilet), plus an additional separate toilet. All the beds are made with double duvets, and the twin beds with single duvets. Outside, it is at least as nice: the property is fully fenced and has a large woodland garden and a landscaped garden with a deep pond, several terraces, plenty of garden furniture and two fire pits. In the summer, there is a 4 by 2 meter swimming pool for cooling off. The covered porch offers shelter and coziness, even when it's a bit chilly. Perfect for spending long evenings outside, even in the fall. There is a private driveway with space for five cars.
