We create a peaceful, happy, no drama rental home, no drugs or drinking too, and we are looking for people who are same ♥️ The home is for Single Traveler only. ✅The room is good for mid/ long stay, great for traveling nurses , medical students, medical workers, doctors or professionals etc. We have lots of hosting experience that will give you a great accommodation, you can go out early and come back home very late no problem at all, pls just keep quiet. ✅House is in a quiet neighborhood, close to lots of hospitals and in the center of everything. ❌❌❌There is an empty pool which is in process of removal. We are cover it by a black cover. Please ignore the mess. Please do not step on the cover. Please do not stay close to the pool. ✔️ Parking in driveway. There is no street parking here so we arrange all cars in the driveway, that's why it will be tight for parking. Pls check our photos to know how to park. ( you will park at P3 or P4, depending on availability) There is nothing fancy, but we made it home sweet home. ✅Due to aged, the house has some minor issues like ugly molding or doors, stained bath tub, old marble floor , or some place was fixed by cement and it’s not match the original design. But we always keep it clean and we hope you do the same. ***Freedom, no cur-phew, but we request Quietness all the time to make everyone comfortable & happy! *** The house is shared & it’s crowded already so pls no friend or visitor coming, pls meet up your friends at other places! *** There is no central AC . You have your private mini heater and a portable AC. Pls use them in your room. *** Driveway parking for all guests - 1 car per room- Pls never street parking to avoid tickets. *** KEYLESS doors- you will have your private codes for in/ out. 🍳KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY You have access to a shared kitchen 8AM- 9 PM *** Kitchen is for light cooking only ( microwave, electric cooktop with pans and pots, no oven use ( no bake or grill, sorry). ❌Hand- washing dishes only. No dishwasher. *** Kitchen and laundry belongs to the landlord's part. It is shared to you and other guests in the house as well. Please keep it clean and tidy all the time *** Full Bathroom with provided toilet paper & bath towels. Please help to bring shampoo/ bath gel yourself. We hope you could enjoy the place and come back more and more. Guest access ✔️You have your room. Share bathroom with 2 next rooms (totally max 3 guests for this bathroom ) ✔️ You have access to the kitchen too. Please note we dont allow Grill/Bake so the oven is not working. ✔️ Laundry is in garage for free ( not including detergent) ⚠️ We have an empty pool at the backyard that we covered it by a black cover. Please ignore the mess and stay away from it. ❌❌❌ No pets & animals: We host different guests in the same time, and do not know who are allergic or not, to help everyone stay safe and comfortable, Pets & Service animals are not accepted. ✔️Pls help to read carefully and only book if you are comfortable with those features. We hope you treat the place like your sweet home! ❇You will enjoy the self check in/out, with all directions available in the house- so you may not see us , But we are always available online- text or call . ✅We try to help you to provide information regarding recommendations , directions or other information required via phone, SMS, imessage, Viber, Zalo, Whatsapp, Line, email or in person if needed. ✅We choose not to socialize with our guests much due to we wanna give them 100% safety, privacy and freedom Other things to note 1/ This is HOME SHARE. The room is for single traveler only. No couple. Please never bring your boyfriend/girlfriend to the house. 2/ We do not recommend our home for guests who find a place for hanging out, drinking, chatting and making noise in the night time. 3/ DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE NEIGHBORS’ HOUSES. Pls park in our driveway, on the lawns, or in front of our house only. 4/ There is street cleaning on the first and third Thursday of every month, between 10am to 2:30pm. Please make sure your car is on our driveway when the time comes to avoid being ticketed! 5/ We offer normal speed wifi. We don’t recommend our wifi for online conference or professional working.
