Our Garden Apartment will provide you with a great base and a lovely place to relax. With green garden and views over the bay you can enjoy your time off. The apartment provides self-catering and is perfectly suited for a couple, but it will also accommodate parents with a small child. Guests of the garden apartment have use of the front garden/patio. The space The apartment has a contemporary feel. Light and airy - perfect to relax. Cozy bedroom with views on the garden. There are two comfortable chairs next to the windows to relax in and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. The kitchen/living space has a TV and sofa-bed, which suits one adult (or a child). The apartment looks out onto the front garden with partial, but fabulous views of the bay. The Garden Apartment is set in stunning Grange-over-Sands and located about a 5minutes walk to central Grange and a 15 minute walk to the station. Guest access Please note that disabled access isn't possible as there are steps down to the apartment. Small children are welcome (upon agreement), but please note that the garden has no fence to the front, there is steep drop to the pavement and hence the garden area is not suitable for children. Therefore, any children outside the apartment need to be supervised at all times. Other things to note Dogs are welcome as long as they are well behaved! Please always let us know if you want to bring your furry friend, as we are likely to ask more questions and reserve a right to decline the booking if we can't accommodate your pet. We love dogs, but we don't love them leaving hair allover! :) You will need to provide him/her a dog bed as they won't be allowed on any furniture and near the bed and sofa. You will always have to take him/her with you if you are leaving the apartment. There is £10 fee per stay per dog.
