The local festivals and the streets where pilgrims walk have also been selected as the stage for the Setouchi International Art Festival 2025. The building, which was built over 50 years ago and was once used as a Zenkon Inn (an inn for pilgrims), has been renovated and taken over as an "Atelier in the Old Town".
