In a beautiful location, surrounded by nature, overlooking the Loire plain south of Morvan, come and recharge your batteries in this beautiful cottage that accommodates up to 6 people. At the edge of the forest, on your private terrace, you will enjoy the wonderful sunset over the plain and the beautiful starry nights. Walks in the forest behind the property, swimming, hiking, visits to historical places. 12 km away, the dynamic village of Luzy offers a farmers' market, all shops. The space The accommodation is an independent and autonomous building. It has reserved parking at the entrance to the estate, a private garden area equipped for outdoor dining or a cool nap on the edge of the forest. It consists of a living room with fireplace and small office area, a large fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet on the ground floor and 2 independent bedrooms that also have their own toilet and individual bathroom. Guest access You have access to the entire house and its private garden. A key box is available for self check-in. You also have access to the park under the house on which there is a mini campsite: you share with the campers in this natural area a petanque court and access to the private pond (not suitable for swimming). Other things to note The site on which the cottage is located is an eco-house under construction. Nature is very present, and we promote biodiversity by choosing not to mow our meadows. On the other hand, we are in an energy and ecological sobriety approach and offer to help us by lowering the thermostats in your absence for example. Important note for the connected: we do not have Wifi on the site or in the cottage. However, 4G goes quite well, depending on the supplier. The TV is only connected to a dvd player. We have a few movies available.
