Our house is only 200 m from the dike and from the upper floor you have a direct view of the Baltic Sea! The swimming and surfing beach "Grüner Brink" is only 1 km away, an extra dog beach is 800 m away. If you are looking for peace and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle in Burg, you have come to the right place. The 85 sqm apartment on the ground floor offers a 40 sqm fully equipped kitchen-living room and two bedrooms with a double bed each, as well as a sofa bed in the living room The space Our 85 sqm apartment is characterized by its sun-drenched living-cooking-dining area. With large windows facing south and direct access to the 30 sqm terrace, you can enjoy the sunny island particularly well. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stovetop, separate oven, coffee machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave, wonderful for cozy cooking evenings. The dining area with a large table and space for up to 8 chairs is directly adjacent to the kitchen. The large refrigerator offers a separate freezer section and in the dining area there is a fireplace for coziness on cold days. The living and dining area is equipped with floor heating. The large sofa offers enough space - even if part of the family or friends has rented a small apartment in addition. In combination with the stool, it offers an additional sleeping area of 160 x 220 cm. Bed covers and towels must be brought along or can be booked with us for 27 euros per set. Please let us know in good time before arrival. Furthermore, the living room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV with smart functions and Internet connection. A Bluetooth-enabled music system, Blu-ray player and an additional HDMI cable (for any game consoles you bring) provide the entertainment program - if the island's program is not enough. The bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed of 180 x 200 cm and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a large shower overlooking the dike as well as a toilet and sink. On the terrace you will find a large charcoal grill with adjustable charcoal grate reserved only for your use. The other guests are allowed to use the rest of the garden, but have separate seating options. The large wooden seating set is for you only. In the large garden, the children and/or dogs have plenty of space to play. The fence is currently incomplete, but will be repaired soon. A beautiful children's playground is located directly on the beach "Grüner Brink". High chairs and a travel cot can be borrowed from us on request. Guest access On the ground floor there is a large room where surfing material can be stored and dried. Please don't take this into the apartment! There is a separate sink in the garden house that anglers can use for their catch. Please clean it hygienically afterwards! Other things to note Dogs are welcome here. However, they cost an extra €5 per night! However, please do not let them on the sofa and on the beds. Please note that the city of Fehmarn charges a visitor's tax of €1.50 per night in the low season and €2.30 per night in the high season (05/15 - 09/14) for all adults.
