This is the kind of home you walk into & instantly breathe a sigh of relief. Beautifully furnished with all the amenities you need, multiple areas to relax in & a really comfy bed! This is a high value stay at a lower price, because I don't feel it's ethical to charge a ridiculous price; just because you can. If / when you make a booking request, I can usually respond within a few minutes. (Or as quickly as possible.) I hope to welcome you soon! The space Set on 4 acres with a peaceful mini forest around the dam. The large brick home has a wrap-around verandah and outdoor living area. It's quiet, with many birds and regular kangaroos visiting. It is only 40 minutes to Brisbane CBD outside peak times. Guest access Antique ornate brass double bed in your private bedroom, with a ceiling fan, built-in-wardrobes and a truly comfortable bed for a great sleep. Full use of the kitchen - bring your own food and drinks. Guests share the main bathroom & separate toilet. Full use of laundry facilities. Lounge room, dining table, living area, outdoor living area, expansive lawn areas and little wetland and forest. The main lounge room can be closed off for privacy and has a reclining lounge and block out blinds for watching DVD's from my collection or your own. There is a second small living area which can also be used and a full outdoor lounge area. Gym equipment can be arranged prior to your stay. Other things to note Bringing your pets is negotiable. My friendly pets live here so guests must be comfortable with that & have no pet allergies. 1 elderly dog, 3 cats and 1 chicken. 5 minutes drive to Greenbank Shopping Centre - Woolies Supermarket, tavern, cafe, bakery, multiple food options and much more.
