It has 4 spacious bedrooms each with a private bathroom plus a full guest bathroom, a living room with a Smart TV, an indoor and outdoor dining room, an equipped kitchen, a BBQ area with an adjustable stainless steel grill and a private pool with a waterfall. The atmosphere is modern and bright, designed to enjoy the beach with style and comfort. Guest access Access and use of areas: Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, which includes a private pool, garden and BBQ area, as well as direct access to the beach (open every day) You can also enjoy the development's common areas, such as kayaking in the artificial lagoon, beach volleyball, tennis and soccer courts, and children's games. Important: According to the internal regulations of the Marenostro development, the Club (pools and jacuzzis) is exclusively for owners and is not included in the reservation. Coexistence: Magnolia del Mar is located within a private community that values tranquility and mutual respect. We appreciate respecting the rules of coexistence and being considerate of the neighbors, the staff of the development and those who work to maintain the spaces in optimal conditions.
