A unique accommodation built and finished by the owners, with an inviting inside/outside space perfect for the warmer months. The space Ideal for a family or group, with bright, inviting family rooms. The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, including an integrated oven, fridge and dishwasher, as well as access to different appliances. The central hub of the house, with a social dining table and sofa looking out onto the garden through bifold doors. With the bifolds open, a wonderful inside/outside space is created, perfect for families. A unique, cosy lounge drops down from the kitchen with sliding doors leading to the garden, comfortable seating and a TV. Access to a utility room off the hall, including a sink, a washing machine and separate dryer, and an additional fridge-freezer. There is a large, easily accessible family bathroom on the ground floor. Sleeping Main bedroom with king-sized bed, desk, walk in wardrobe and shower en-suite. Second bedroom with king-sized bed, TV with fire stick (no aerial connection), desk, cot and chest of drawers. Cot cannot be moved from the room. Third bedroom with bunk bed, double below and single on top, under construction, will upload photo once finished. Chest of drawers and wardrobe. Forth bedroom on the ground floor with double sofa bed, desk and French windows opening out onto the garden. Space enough for travel cot or additional single mattress on the floor (sleeping 10). Main bedroom en-suite with shower, toilet and sink. Outside Spacious driveway for 2 vehicles in front of the welcoming porch, as well as plenty of free on-street parking in front of the house. Secure, private garden which is not overlooked, including veg patch (which you can help yourself to!), patio with table and chairs (extra chairs in shed), undercover terrace linked to the kitchen which provides much needed shade in the Summer, and a fire pit area and darts in front of the shed. Also access to a table tennis table and barbecue. Additional information Check in from 3pm, however can be flexible.
