Relax on one of the many planters armchairs and gaze out to the lagoon and ocean, while in the distance Pidgeon Island looms prominently in this peaceful vista. The property is a self catering holiday home with only breakfast provided for up to 4 pax. The space 2 separate air conditioned bedrooms with their own attached bathroom, shower and toilet. Central living room and an ample verandah. Large garden space adjacent to the lagoon. Separate kitchen. Separate drivers quarters. Guest access The entire property is there for the enjoyment of the guests. Other things to note Breakfast is provided and included in your rate. Its a simple Sri Lankan or Western breakfast. Please let us know your preference so we can organise the caretaker prior to your arrival. Once checked in you can sprak to the caretaker for your on-going meals. Other meals can be provided and cooked for you either by purchasing the items you require or by asking the caretaker to procure and cook any meal of your choice and give him the money to do so. Receipts for your purchases will be provided and all change will be returned. A nominal charge of Rs. 1 500 a lunch or dinner (up to 4 pax) for the cooking will be required to be handed to the caretaker prior to your checkout.
