Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire house, with a private entrance and no shared spaces. All rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, lounge areas, courtyard, and laundry facilities are for your sole use throughout your stay. The only areas not accessible are a small storage room and the garage, which are not part of the guest space. No other occupants are on site, ensuring complete privacy for the duration of your stay. Self check-in is available, with detailed instructions provided prior to arrival. Off-street parking is included. Other things to note Quiet residential area: Please be mindful of noise, especially when using outdoor spaces. Strictly no parties or social gatherings — this is a peaceful space in a quiet neighbourhood. No smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the guest suite. Medical equipment: If you use essential medical devices (such as a CPAP machine), please let us know in advance. While power outages are rare, we recommend bringing a battery backup if your equipment requires continuous power. Spa bath: One bathroom includes a spa bath, but it is currently non-functional and not available for use.
