Welcome to our country house in Uzerche: Les Ipomées. You will appreciate its character and location: located 2 km from the historic center and ideally served by the highway, its proximity to the train station and its shops (15 minutes walk). Come and enjoy a quiet environment in a cul-de-sac. Our fully renovated cozy house offers all the comfort, rest and charm for a getaway with friends or family. The space A must-see destination for its landscapes and heritage, the charming town of Uzerche, also known as "The Pearl of Limousin", offers you a rich and rejuvenating stay thanks to its amenities, activities and attractions, to discover or rediscover the region. Our house of approximately 100 m² offers a living space consisting of a ground floor comprising: - a bright living room with a dining area overlooking a small terrace, - an adjoining fully equipped kitchen - A bedroom with a bed (160 cm) and a wardrobe, - A bathroom (shower) and toilet. A second comfortable and spacious mezzanine bedroom, a 140 cm bed, a chest of drawers and a clothes-hanging cupboard. A second staircase leads to a floor that is ideally arranged and designed for a family, composed of: - A large bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a chest of drawers and a clothes-hanging cupboard, a baby crib available, topped by a small attic. A mansard room identified here under the title "bedroom 4" with 2 single beds, accessible via a small staircase. - A shower room (shower) and toilet on the same landing as the large bedroom. Enjoy a pleasant outdoor space with a table and plancha for good, convivial meals in the open air and lounge chairs for your leisure time. To start your days smoothly, an optional breakfast is available on-site upon arrival, consisting of: brioche, cereal, fruit, juice, jam, milk... (Savory option upon request). Price depending on length of stay and number of guests: - €9/person/day for 2 to 4 nights - €7/person/day from 5 nights For stays of 5 nights or more, an intermediate cleaning and linen change can also be offered so you can fully enjoy the accommodation. The breakfast option and the request for mid-stay cleaning must be booked at the time of your reservation or no later than 72 hours before your arrival.
