The Rifugio del Sole is a cozy and bright house on three levels, also ideal for two families. Modern lines, teak furnishings and terracotta-effect floors create a warm and Mediterranean atmosphere. Veranda for aperitifs, honey-colored wooden patio and courtyard with white table, barbecue and hot shower open to the sky, perfect for cooling off or watching the stars. Up to 8 guests, with a well-kept garden, just minutes from the beaches of Chia. The space At Rifugio del Sole you immediately feel at home. The bright and convivial living area welcomes you with the fully equipped kitchen, the large table where you can meet and two sofas ready to accompany moments of quiet after the sea. The rooms, distributed between the upper and lower floors, offer families or groups of friends the freedom to have their own spaces and their own intimacy. Outside, the patio with a honey-colored table and chairs, and the courtyard with a white table and chairs, a barbecue, and a shower under the stars invite you to slow down, breathe, and experience the sweet rhythm of the holidays: a simple, well-kept place full of light, where every detail speaks of serenity. Guest access Guests are always welcome and can experience the house fully and naturally. The Rifugio del Sole is spread over three floors and can accommodate up to eight people. Depending on the number of guests indicated in the reservation, I prepare the house with care and attention: the rooms, sheets, towels and linen are prepared according to the real needs of the group. I don't like to lock the doors, I prefer the house to remain an open, welcoming and lived-in place, where you can really feel at home. Those staying in two or four people will use a sleeping floor; larger groups will have two or three floors available. In any case, the living area, the patio with honey-colored table and chairs, the courtyard with white table and chairs, the barbecue and the shower under the stars are always accessible to everyone, even for those traveling alone or as a couple. I like that every guest can breathe the same atmosphere of home, light and simplicity that make this place special. Other things to note The house is delivered ready, with the beds made according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation. The final cleaning has an additional cost of €90 and also includes bed linen and towels upon arrival. 50 kWh per week are included, in line with the average consumption of a family in Italy. Photos of the meter will be taken upon arrival and departure. We kindly recommend that you do not leave lights or air conditioners on when the house is empty. Waste must be separated and disposed of daily according to the schedule provided in the house; the final residue must be delivered to the Ecological Center of Domus de Maria.
