Welcome to La Parenthèse Messine. Renovated studio on the ground floor, bright and decorated in a modern bohemian style. You will find a private terrace, reserved parking, and a secure room with 2 bicycles available. Located in a quiet area, the studio is a 15-minute walk from the train station and a 5-minute drive from the city center, with easy access to shops, restaurants and transportation. A space designed to offer comfort and tranquility, ideal to fully enjoy Metz. The space The Studio La Parenthèse Messine (about 25 m²) was designed as a haven of peace: • A functional entrance with a closet for your belongings, • A modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, • A bright living room with seating area and fully equipped kitchen. • A comfortable and easy to unfold sofa bed: just pull the tab to turn it into a double bed (140 × 190 cm) and a mattress with a thickness of 18 centimeters. • A private terrace. Upon entering the accommodation, you will discover an entrance. In front of you is the bathroom, while to the left of the entrance opens the living room, a friendly space that serves as both a living room, kitchen and bedroom. From this room, you will have direct access to the private terrace, perfect for enjoying a relaxing moment outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped: induction stove, combined microwave oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, complete dishes and utensils — everything you need to cook at home. Wi-Fi (very high speed fiber) is included, The password to connect to the free WiFi will be provided. The living room is equipped with a TV connected to a Google TV (not equipped with TV box - possibility to connect to Netflix, YouTube, Molotov TV, Canal+ Play with your credentials). You will also find at your disposal: • a combined washing machine / dryer • a hair dryer • an iron and ironing board Parking A private and designated parking space is available at the back of the residence, offering convenient parking for the duration of your stay. A closed and secure bicycle room is also on site in the basement to store your personal bicycles or scooters. The accommodation is NON-SMOKING, we kindly ask that you respect this rule. If you wish to smoke, please do so only on the terrace, where an ashtray is provided for this purpose. Parties and events are also strictly PROHIBITED. Filming is strictly forbidden under penalty of prosecution. Please take out your trash before you leave. Dishes used during your stay must be cleaned and put away before your departure. Please also enter the correct number of guests when requesting to book. The bath towels used must be in the basket in the bathroom. It is not allowed to invite other people to the apartment. Check-in is BETWEEN 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. Check-out before 11 a.m. Any check-in outside these time slots will only be done if we have been notified, without our agreement, you will be charged an extra €90. Likewise for Check-out it is done BEFORE 11 a.m. (11AM) without prior agreement for a late checkout from us, a sum of €90 will be charged. Reservations made by third parties will be automatically cancelled. Notes: Located on the ground floor, the accommodation is easily accessible, without stairs. The private terrace, available bicycles and secure bicycle storage add a touch of freedom and comfort, to make the most of your stay in Metz.
