Welcome to the "Nuss-Schal", a charming little Alsatian house with a fenced garden! It includes a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, a shower room, a separate toilet, and upstairs, a beautiful open bedroom with a queen-size bed. Easy parking on the street or on the property. The space The Kitchen: It is equipped with an oven, an induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a dishwasher for 10 place settings, a kettle, a Senseo coffee machine, a toaster and a microwave. The living room: The sofa is a sofa bed and turns into a 140 x 190 cm bed. There is a pellet stove. You will have the option of lighting a fire if you wish. The instructions for lighting it are in the welcome booklet. Another bag of pellets is stored in the wicker basket located near the stove. In the dresser, there are plenty of board games for family fun. There is also reading material, including information about the region. Feel free to enjoy them! The TV is connected to a box that allows you to watch standard channels. The dining room: You will find all the necessary dishes in the sideboard. The toilet: We provide one roll of toilet paper for your arrival. Please bring what you need for your stay. The bathroom: It is equipped with a shower. Soap and shampoo are provided. A hair dryer is in the cabinet under the sink. You will also find the washing machine in this room. The upper level is dedicated to the bedroom, which has a queen size bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. The bedding is new and comfortable. In this same area, you will find a sofa bed that can be used as an 80 x 200 cm bed or converted into a 160 x 200 cm bed. You will find the iron and ironing board in the walk-in closet. The small ironing board can be placed on a table. Guest access In-person check-in or lockbox. You will have access to the entire house and garden. Other things to note We provide bath sheets, bed linen and kitchen towels. The beds will be made upon arrival.
