Enjoy the calm and beauty of the countryside, only 10 minutes from the motorway. The space The house is a three-storey semi-detached property in a quiet neighbourhood. The ground and first floor with three bedrooms are available for guests. Each bedroom has a desk and wardrobe for clothes storage. Two bedrooms have double beds, and one has the choice of one or two single beds. Adjacent to the bedrooms is a spacious open area with storage cupboards and a table -ideal as an extra workspace or exercise area. The top floor of the house is private and occupied by the owner. Guest access Guests have full access to: + The ground floor kitchen, living/dining room and WC. + Two terraces and garden. + The first floor 3 bedrooms, bathroom and open space + The washing machine in the basement. The top floor is a private studio which is occupied when I am not travelling. Other things to note No smoking or pets allowed.
