The detached farm cottage is part of a traditional Catalan mas, with the cottage orientated for maximum independence and privacy. The mas is set along a quiet, rough country track in 150 acres of mixed woodland which leads down to a stream. The kitchen opens onto a terrace with stunning views of Mt. Canigou and the surrounding countryside, and the swimming pool on a lower terrace. The interior of the cottage consists of an open plan living/dining room, separate kitchen and shower/cloak room. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and one with three single beds and a bathroom with bath, separate shower, bidet, W.C. and washbasin.
