Heart of Deloraine

Guests have exclusive use of the Master Bedroom and Ensuite. The guest room features an antique queen size wrought iron and brass bed, the bed has electric blanket, the linen and towels are made by Sheridan and are 100% cotton. This room is insulated, all the windows and door are double glazed. A new reverse cycle air conditioner/ heat pump has been installed, helping to create a quiet temperature controlled intimate space. The Ensuite has a modern shower, toilet and repurposed vanity. The space The property has been recently renovated, your hosts live onsite, just the two of us as our children are all adults and no longer live with us, we have no pets. Your hosts have their own kitchen, bedroom, lounge and dining areas, there is a Locked door between the guest area and the hosts private residence, Alistair replaced the internal door with a solid door to minimise noise and light. The courtyard and outdoor room are a shared space with myself and husband Alistair, though we will endeavour to minimise access as much as possible. The outdoor shared space includes your kitchenette and dining area. The courtyard includes the BBQ, sunny and shady spaces for enjoying a quiet coffee or glass of wine. The courtyard features repurposed timber retaining wall and repurposed tiles adding to the character and charm to this space. Guest access Guests have their own private door accessing their bedroom and ensuite. The outdoor room includes the kitchenette and dining space is shared with your hosts, along with the back courtyard. Please Park in the car port and walk up the ramp to the outdoor room, which gives you access to your private entrance. The key is in the door. Other things to note The Heart of Deloraine is centrally located and a few minutes walk away from the many cafes, hotels and quaint shops that Deloraine has to offer.
