To ensure your sleep is first-class, a cozy box spring bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) with high-quality bedding awaits you. In the room you will find a small work area as well as a cozy seating area for two people – perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee or tea or simply letting yourself be entertained by the smart TV with Netflix & Disney+. For your feel-good break, we welcome you to our charming Old Town house in the heart of Esslingen. The accommodation is spread over two floors and offers a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms – ideal for families, friends and groups of up to 6 people, optionally up to 8 guests. On the 2nd floor is bedroom 1 with a box-spring bed (140×200), a Smart TV, a work area, and a coffee and tea station. The first bathroom with rain shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer is located directly on the same floor. On the 2nd floor there is bedroom 2 with a king size bed (180×200), smart TV, and a sofa bed (140x200 cm for 2 people optionally), fridge with freezer compartment, as well as a coffee and tea station, and bedroom 3 with two single beds (each 80 × 200) and a work area. On this floor, you also have the second bathroom with a rain shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer at your disposal. In bedrooms 1 and 2 you will find a small basic set of plates, bowls, cutlery, an electric kettle and a coffee capsule machine. On the 2nd floor, there is also a refrigerator and microwave with a baking function. Fresh linens, towels, shower gel and shampoo are of course included. There are also vacuum cleaners on both floors, as well as the option to do laundry (2nd floor) and hang it up. All bedrooms have blackout options, privacy screens, reading lights and wardrobes. Two bedrooms are additionally equipped with fans. **The lighting in the hallway and stair areas is conveniently controlled by motion detectors**, so that the light turns on automatically when you enter. ☕ Small outdoor area: Right in front of the house is a small seating area for two people – ideal for a coffee in the fresh air. Smoking is also possible here. 🔔 **Note on the old building charm:** The listed house combines historic character with modern amenities. Due to the old building structure, the house can be noisy in places. Above the 2nd floor, there is a roof terrace that is not part of the accommodation and can be used by other residents. Noise can therefore occasionally be heard. 🚫 **Please note:** There is no fully equipped kitchen. The accommodation is deliberately designed more like a spacious, private boutique hotel for families and groups. Guest access 🏠 The entire old-town house is exclusively available to you during your stay. You have access to the private entrance area and staircase, as well as to all three bedrooms and both bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors. You can also use the washing machine and all the facilities intended for guests. ☕ In front of the house there is also a small outdoor seating area for two people. You are welcome to use it for drinking coffee, relaxing or smoking. The accommodation is not shared with other guests during your stay – you have all the described areas for you and your group. ⚠️ Please note: The roof terrace above the 2nd floor is not part of the accommodation and guests are not allowed to enter it. It is used by other residents or owners. Other things to note 🕰️ Note with a wink: Our house is a listed building – which ensures a lot of old town charm, but also that the walls and ceilings cannot whisper 😉 So if you are particularly sensitive to noise, it is best to pack a pair of earplugs. The location is really great – right in the middle of the old town – but also a real piece of history with one or two creaking noises included 😊
