Welcome to Modena and to my dear "good MOod"! The space The apartment has just been renovated, is newly furnished and full of many fascinating details. From the landing of the third floor of this historic and characteristic building in the historic center, opening the armored door, you can access a comfortable entrance that divides the living area from the sleeping area. The living area is very bright and has a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, glasses, cups, dishes, kettle, toaster, microwave, espresso machine, moka pot and all kinds of basic necessities useful for cooking. The stoves are induction and there is a dining island for four people, the sofa and a 50-inch smart TV. Upon arrival, guests will always find a generous supply of water, espresso coffee capsules, snacks, breakfast products and, since I love to "pamper" those who stay in my apartment, there will also be some samples of the excellent products of my generous land! The first and comfortable bedroom features a comfortable double bed (160×190) and a nice exposed wardrobe. The bathroom is divided into two distinct rooms. In the first one we find the bathroom fixtures, the sink and the washing machine, while in the second one there is the large shower (150×80) and an additional sink. Both are equipped with toiletries and hairdryers. The bath linen kit includes: bathrobe or bath towel, hand towel, guest towel, and slippers. Going up the wooden staircase in the living room, you enter the mezzanine floor where we find the second bedroom (double bed 140x200) and an additional visible wardrobe. The warm, characteristic and sloping ceiling formed by tiles, beams and small beams and the skylight with its beautiful view of the top of the Ghirlandina tower (UNESCO heritage), make this environment very fascinating and romantic!
