The space Experience the charm of the Kurhessisches Bergland in our spacious apartment in Pfieffe, an idyllic district of the half-timbered town of Spangenberg. Our apartment can accommodate up to 9 people and is equipped with modern amenities such as 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and shower, guest toilet and two large balconies, one of which is covered. Wi-Fi is also available. Discover the beauty of the surroundings by purchasing fresh milk directly from the farmer, tasting regional specialties and visiting the romantically located Spangenberg Castle. The Ars Natura and Jakobsweg hiking trails lead through Pfieffe and offer numerous leisure activities. Excursions include the Hohe Meißner with its high moor and hiking trails, the borderland museum "Schifflergrund" and the Kassel Hercules with its famous water features in the largest mountain park in Europe and Schloss Wilhelmshöhe. Also visit the scenic half-timbered towns in the area, such as Spangenberg with its castle, the historic old town of Melsungen, Rotenburg an der Fulda, Bad Hersfeld, Fulda, Eschwege and Bad Sooden-Allendorf with the salt works. For nature lovers, excursions to the lakes Edersee, Diemelsee, Twistesee, Silbersee and Mönchesee are ideal. There is also a beautiful water playground in "Niedergude" as well as various animal parks in the surrounding area. Welcome to the Kurhessisches Bergland!
