Relax with the whole family. Perched above Polzeath beach, Westpoint is a light-filled coastal home with sea views, a private garden and terrace. A five-minute stroll via a track that runs along the property brings you to the beach. Sleeping 8 in 4 bedrooms, it suits families or friends. Enjoy an open-plan kitchen, the seasonal Aga (Oct–Mar), and cosy evenings by the fire. Peaceful yet close to surf schools, cafés and shops. WiFi, parking, linen and towels included. No pets. No smoking. The space Four bedrooms: - Ground floor twin bedroom (note: this will be Kingsize Bed by Summer 2026) - First floor king-size double bedroom with sea view and en-suite bath, basin and WC - First floor double bedroom with sea view - First floor twin bedroom with sea view Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC First floor family bathroom with bath (shower over), basin and WC Open-plan kitchen and dining area with doors opening onto the garden Utility room with washing machine and additional storage Sitting room with Jetmaster fire, sea view and direct access to the garden Terrace and private garden with outdoor furniture and sea views Private parking Aga (lit seasonally October–March), plus electric oven and hob American-style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, TV, DVD player, WiFi, books and board games Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire house, terrace and private garden during their stay. There is parking on the driveway for up to two cars and additional parking on roadside. A footpath runs alongside the property, leading down to the beach in around five minutes. Other things to note Please note: during peak season we can only accept Thursday - Thursday bookings. The Aga is lit seasonally between October and March. Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels). No pets and no smoking. The property is not suitable for parties or events, including hen dos and stag dos. Shop, pub and beach are all less than a mile away. Check-in from 4pm and check-out by 10am.
