Vacation at a lake featuring a sauna, boat and SUP

Welcome to See Huus on Lake Dümmer—your retreat for an unforgettable vacation by the water! This modern vacation home offers 75 square meters of space for up to 4 guests and a maximum of 2 dogs. Enjoy relaxing moments in the garden with a swing, hammock, and fire pit, or on the terrace, where a charcoal grill invites you to enjoy cozy evenings. After a day at the lake, just 100 meters away, which you can explore by boat or SUP, the sauna provides soothing relaxation. The space The See Huus is a timber-frame house with 75 square meters of living space. It is a single-story home and is very bright thanks to the large windows facing the garden, which offer an unobstructed view of the fields. The house is modern and comfortably furnished with a well-equipped kitchen. The garden is fully fenced with a 140 cm high fence. Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the price. The two bedrooms offer plenty of space for you to relax. Here you’ll find a 160-cm and a 180-cm double bed, with room for an additional cot. In the living room, the alcove is available for a fifth guest to sleep in. In the bathroom, the small sauna offers you the chance to enjoy some wellness during your vacation. The room also features a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. Our fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available throughout the house at no charge. Underfloor heating keeps your feet warm, and on cool evenings, feel free to light the fireplace in the living room. The garden, complete with a terrace, swing, hammock, and fire pit, offers plenty of space for your whole family. Feel free to use the gate in the fence to access the fields and forests directly for walks and bike rides. You can conveniently park up to 2 cars under our carport next to the house. From May through October, a rowboat and a SUP are available to you free of charge. You can book an electric motor for the boat in advance through me. Fishing is permitted in the lake; I’d be happy to provide you with the contact information for the local fishing authority so you can obtain your fishing permit. Guest access Guests book the entire property, which has its own entrance. Other things to note The rental price for the vacation home includes all utilities (gas, water, electricity) and final cleaning. Additional services can be booked as options: - Complete linen package: €29 per person Or - Towel package (hand, shower, and sauna towels): €15 per person - Bedding package (duvet covers and sheets) for €16 per person - Electric motor for the rowboat: €50 per week - Two kayaks, including paddles, can be rented for €30 each for the entire period. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed in the vacation home. There is a fee of €7 per dog per day, payable through Airbnb. . Dogs must be kept on a leash within the resort, but you can leave directly through the garden for long walks in nature. Swimming areas for people and dogs are available around the lake and in the immediate vicinity of the resort (on the right side of the lake). Dogs are not allowed on the resort’s beach.‼️ The provisions of the house rules apply.
