The space The apartment features a bright and airy living area filled with natural light throughout the day. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and large windows, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen and dining area are well equipped for everyday needs. The home includes two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with a single bed—both designed for a restful and comfortable stay. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cabin and a washing machine. Guests also have access to a shared garden within the building. Surrounded by greenery, this peaceful outdoor space is ideal for enjoying a morning coffee, reading, or simply relaxing. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and will be provided with two sets of keys for your convenience. Other things to note - The apartment has a detached entrance, and you need to take twelve - fifteen steep steps to reach it - The street is a bit uphill - There is simply a double-sized bed in the master bedroom with limited space - There is simply a single-size bed and a cabinet in the second bedroom - Parking on the house's street may be limited. However, you can usually find space on the nearby main street or prefer several paid parking lots in the area - The cleanliness of our bed linens and towels is a top priority. Stains from makeup, nail polish, blood, or other substances require special treatment, and in some cases, may be impossible to remove. If a stain cannot be removed, the item may need to be replaced, and the cost could be charged to you. We kindly ask that you treat these items with care, as you would your own. FINES & FEES FOR THE VIOLATIONS - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any violation will result in a 100 EUR penalty fee - Lost keys will incur a 35 EUR replacement fee - If keys are left inside the door lock, requiring locksmith assistance, a 60 EUR service charge will apply - To support sustainability and reduce environmental impact, we do not provide extra linens or towels for stays shorter than 15 days. If you require an additional set, it can be provided upon request for an extra charge of 15 EUR IMPORTANT CHECK-IN INFORMATION To comply with local regulations (Turkish Law No. 1774, dated 26/06/1973), all guests are required to provide valid ID or passport details before check-in.
