Check-in/Check-out: check-in time is after 14:00 PM, and check-out is before 12:00 PM. If you arrive late, no worries at all - you can check in anytime. And if we don’t have a guest checking out before you, we’ll be happy to offer an early check-in from 12pm at no extra charge (subject to availability). 2. Luggage storage is also available both before check-in and after check-out for your convenience. 3. No Parties or Events: to preserve the quiet, relaxing spirit of Bel Lago, we kindly ask that you do not host any parties or events, gather in groups of two or more, play loud music, or create excessive noise. Our goal is to provide every guest with a calm retreat in the heart of Hanoi. 3. Cleanliness: please help us keep the space beautiful. Be mindful of food and drink spills, dispose of trash properly, and leave the room in a tidy condition. A little care goes a long way in preserving the charm and comfort of our home. Cleaning: - Long stay: cleaning service provided every 2 nights and water supplies provided every 4 nights. - Short stay (<2 nights): no cleaning, or cleaning is available upon request for 100,000 VND/room. 4. Pets: as much as we love animals, unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property. This helps us maintain cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. 5. Security: for your safety and to conserve energy, please remove the key card from the slot when you leave the room. This turns off all electrical power and reduces the risk of overheating or fire incidents. 6. After 10:00 PM, please keep noise to a minimum so everyone can enjoy a good night’s sleep. 7. Please keep all personal belongings and valuables with you at all times. In the event of loss or damage, we regret that we cannot be held responsible. 8. Durian and smoking are not allowed in both our room and home. If you consume durian or smoke inside, we will charge a 2,000,000 VND penalty fee. 9. For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, this is an adults-only space. We respectfully welcome guests aged 18 and above only. 10. Extra Charges (if applicable) Early check-in: subject to availability Late check-out: 80,000–150,000 VND/hour Laundry detergent bottle: 40,000 VND/bottle/200ml Damage or loss (if any): 50,000–2,000,000 VND.
