"Recharge your batteries, meet up or party: here, you don't have to choose." We imagined PAN Hostel as a hybrid living space in the heart of the wild nature of Couserans. Between park and forest, a stone's throw from Saint-Girons, our "new generation" youth hostel combines graphic design, "Slow" spirit and artistic comfort. We share the kitchen, the park, and the creative soul of the estate. Our Accommodations: 3 Islands to Modulate up to 25 people The space Sylène Room | Artistic Elegance & Loft Spirit A generous volume for the tribes, between light and antique objects. The Sylène room is one of the centerpieces of the Residence. It offers a vast and bright space where the character of the old meets a singular artistic decoration. The configuration: An ideal layout for a family or group of friends with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, without ever sacrificing the impression of space. The atmosphere: Character furniture, wood and natural light create a serene cocoon with a view of the garden. The PAN experience: Enjoy the calm of your room while having access to the soul of the estate: the adjoining living rooms and a large shared kitchen are at your disposal Other things to note The Hostel Table & The Pantry La Soupe du Faune: Our evening ritual (homemade soup, local vegetables and organic bread). Le Garde-Manger (Summer): Homemade dishes, artisanal jars, country boards and local drinks (Kombucha du Couserans, beers and wines). Nice for individuals! Shared kitchen: Always available for total autonomy. Takeaway & Group Packages Takeaway: The Bento-Musette (full meal) and the Sandwich 'Besace' (local produce and fresh bread). Groups (by reservation): The Festin des Zazous, our inn menu with homemade stewed dish to share Breakfast Self-service: Coffee, tea and sale of organic bread/pastries, jams for sale (breakfast offer at a low price) By reservation: Themed baskets, including the Réveil du Faune (savory/protein).
