Charming one-room apartment in a 400-year-old Engadine house, freshly renovated. Ideal for individuals or couples looking for something special. The house is quietly located in the historic village center directly at the bus stop and offers easy access to shopping, restaurants and public transport. Hiking trails, cross-country trails and ski resorts are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is located in the basement with separate access. The space The studio is located on the basement of our detached house and has a separate access. In 2008, the room was built with a separate bathroom and lovingly renovated in 2025. The studio is located directly at the public bus stop. Important: In the same anteroom as the access to the studio and the bathroom are the heating room and the laundry room, which are used or entered by us. To be able to open the existing windows from a height of 170 cm, you can climb up the wooden staircase, which is built as a bookshelf. Please note when booking: The apartment is in the basement, and the window is at the level of a quiet side street. The windows therefore do not offer a panoramic or mountain view. If you are looking for charming, functional accommodation in a central location and prefer to spend the day outside in nature anyway, you will feel completely comfortable with us. Studio: In it there are two single beds, an open wardrobe, a dining table with two chairs, two TV chairs and a TV with Swisscom box. The kitchen is located in the studio and is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic stove, oven and fridge with small freezer. Linens and towels are provided. Baths: Inside is a shower, toilet and sink with base cabinet. Another: There is the possibility of the bench in front of the detached house as well as in summer the garden (sun loungers and hammock), which is about 100. Metering from the house is to be used. Guest access Separate entrance with 6-step staircase. Bicycles and ski equipment can be stored in the Cursuot (unheated anteroom). The wardrobe is located in the heated anteroom with four doors. One door goes to the studio (guests only), one to the bathroom (guests only), one door to the boiler room (host) and one to the laundry room (host). Other things to note Parking: We don't have a parking space to provide. Public, paid parking is located below the village. Guest tax: In the municipality of Scuol, the guest tax for the accommodation of guests aged 12 and over is CHF 5.00 per night and per guest. This guest tax is already included in the total price. In return, guests receive a guest card with discounts in the region.
