Villa with private pool in Raichak-Villa Namkhey!

The spacious 3- bedroom, 4 bathroom villa comes with a private pool, fully-equipped modern kitchen, and is perfect for families and professionals. The space Our property can accommodate 6-8 adults and 3-4 children comfortably, but we can also take extra guests for a small fee per extra guest. We do not take more than 12 guests at a time. The 3 bedrooms can accommodate 6 adults comfortably, and we provide up to 2 mattresses for free for the 2 additional guests (6+2). If the guest list exceeds our standard capacity (more than 8), the charges are Rs 1000/ person per night. If guests require extra mattresses, it is chargeable at Rs 250/ mattress per night. (The payment for this can be made at the property.) Other things to note Guests can cook their own meals and will be charged only for gas usage. The usage of kitchen electrical appliances is included with the stay (Not chargeable). The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, such as refrigerator, rice cooker, toaster, microwave oven, and more. Guests shall need to buy their own drinking water and cooking ingredients. Cook is available for hire but has to be informed a day or two before arrival. The villa will provide 5 litres/ bottles of water only on the day of arrival. Tap water is available 24x7. Our caretaker can assist guests if and when required.
