It is a very recent and charming small house located 1.4 km from Lake Salagou in a quiet area of Mas de Clergues. The house is located a 10-minute walk from the center of Octon. The property has a beautiful neat indoor and outdoor service with a warm, relaxing atmosphere... The view from the living room and terrace is superb and overlooks nature and the Salagou Valley. There is a small garden to relax, prepare a good grill... The space The house (45 m² approx) was built in 2017 with a traditional exterior style with the charm of the old midday buildings. The interior features a lovely modern service. The room is equipped with a bed (160 x 200 cm) with a very good mattress. Guest access The rental has a courtyard with parking space. A terrace with a small garden. Other things to note We offer a small grocery store in the accommodation with our homemade garden products (ratatouilles, jams, tapenade, natural wine...) as well as vegetable baskets.
